We understand the process from design, planning and construction is a complex process requiring collaboration between the architect, builder, consultants, suppliers, trades and owner. Our process is driven by transparency and provides the owners with a clear appreciation of the design and building process including both time and costs and the expertise to make good decisions.
As the Founder and Director of StudioJLA, Justin has over 20 years of experience in both domestic and commercial architecture. Throughout his career, he has worked for some of Sydney’s most prominent and leading Architects, including Luigi Rosselli Architects and Nicholas Turner, where he was privileged enough to work on some of Sydney’s most distinctive and prestigious properties.
Combined with his experience architecture and design, his experience in property development and project management of small to medium scale projects provides the high level of expertise in procurement and cost control measures, this ensures good design, management and budget are considered throughout the design and building process.

COMPLEX DA’S & LEC APPEALS
The LEC (Land Environment Court) appeal process may be considered an alternative development approval process to the Council DA application or CDC approval process.
