The spotted gum timber cladding is well underway at our project in Castle Hill. After some to and fro about on whether to stain the timber cladding as our original idea. We thought it would be a shame to not express the material in its natural colour and its timber grain.
This 3 storey waterfront opens to the view with a cantilevered balcony extending from the building line. An infinity pool laps the waterline to bring the waters edge closer to the residence.
Our project in Champion Rd is in preparation for the concrete ground floor slab. The concrete slab has been designed to cater for the cantilevered living rooms space with rebates set to allow for the glass sliding doors to sit flush with the finished levels.
This two storey waterfront residence in Huntley’s point aims to hug the foreshore line. The curve facade reflects the natural contours of the land. The elongated design layout allows all rooms to take advantage of its water views.
