Our project in Strathfield was recently completed. The split level configuration was in response to its sloping topography and to allow solar access throughout the residence.
This home located in Beecroft has been recently DA approved by Hornsby Council. The house has been designed with comfort in mind yet be provide open plan living in a contemporary home. The design takes advantage of its private bush settings and designed in a L configuration to allow for every room to take advantage of its northerly aspect.
The spotted gum timber cladding is well underway at our project in Castle Hill. After some to and fro about on whether to stain the timber cladding as our original idea. We thought it would be a shame to not express the material in its natural colour and its timber grain.
This 3 storey waterfront opens to the view with a cantilevered balcony extending from the building line. An infinity pool laps the waterline to bring the waters edge closer to the residence.
