As the Founder and Director of Studio JLA, Justin has over 20 years of experience in both domestic and commercial architecture. Throughout his career, he has worked for some of Sydney’s most prominent and leading Architects; including Luigi Rosselli Architects and Turner & Associates, where he was privileged enough to work on some of Sydney’s most distinctive and prestigious properties. Justin is the creative master and is responsible for the schematic design and oversees all projects within the office. In his spare time, he is a passionate skier, loves fishing and spending time with his family. As the design director of studioJLA, he is responsible for the creative vision and ensures each project achieves its design outcome in collaboration with its clients. He takes the time to listen to clients and bring together his team to create the best outcome.

Ecole Nationale Scuperieure d’Archtiecture de Bretagne Aurore is a French architect graduating with Distinction at Ecole Nationale Superieure d’Architecture de Bretagne, Rennes-France. Her experience overseas includes working for Atelier Christian Hauvette & Lionel Dunet Architecte in Paris working on a number of residential and social house projects and competitions. Her work experience includes working with award-winning Buzacott-Webber Architects and her accomplishments included creating A Nous de Jouer Studio, a platform for architects to provide architectural advice. Her passion for architecture began since she was 5 years old and has a keen eye for interior design and architectural detailing. Aurore manages projects and oversees the execution of the design and planning outcomes for the office. Her strength in interior design ensures a high level of attention to detail has been considered in both the exterior and interior spaces.

CAMERON BEARD – Technical Manager

Senior Designer Cameron is a passionate team member with a personable and proactive character and is driven to see projects delivered to a high level of quality. He completed a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Technology Sydney and has previously worked on high end residential projects with a focus on heritage items at Borg Architects. He loves a good challenge and believes by working with the team at StudioJLA, it allows him to tackle complex tasks and continually push himself in both design and interiors. He works to thoroughly understand our client’s brief and ensures a good balance between design and construction is achieved. In his spare time, you can find Cameron with his tap shoes on, or writing choreography for stage shows. Cameron coordinates and is involved in the procurement and design development of projects within the office. He is responsible for the design development and documentation to bring our projects into fruition, He also plays a vital role in establishing our high standards in design and construction by the development of our systems.

Ron is a project manager who is responsible for the delivery and execution of our projects in the later stages the construction documentation process. With over 30 years of experience in construction documentation in Australia, Fiji and United States, his wealth of knowledge in construction ensures the successful execution of our designs.

MARISSA PANG – Practice Manager

Project / Studio Manager Marissa is a personable and friendly manager that comes with over 20 years of experience as a marketing executive in both small and large corporations such as Westpac and the Defence Force. Her role at StudioJLA is the development of best practices in Architecture and Interior Design, to ensure our clients receive the best experience for their project. Outside of the office, you will find Marissa cooking up a storm for her friends and family. Marissa is responsible for the operations of the office and workflow, schedules and administration of the office. She also plays a vital role in business development opportunities and networks.

Nidhi is a project manager who is responsible for the delivery and design development of projects and is responsible for delivery of the 3D visualisation of all the projects in the office. She responsible for the development of marketing and social media.
