Congratulations to our client on the DA approval of their residence in Castle Hill. We are well on the way in the development of the construction documentation. We have been encouraged by our clients willingness to developed its green credentials and to consider light weight construction such as timber and steel cladding and use of light weight materials using less embodied energy in its production
We believe every house should have their own unique qualities. In this case and essential part of the brief was to create an outdoor dining area and lounge room that took advantage of the rear level block of land. This led to a design of the outdoor areas to coincide with the pool area, A glass floor bridges over the pool to allow for a large outdoor entertaining space and act as a reflection pond during the evenings.
The contemporary home provides the comforts of modern day living with an abundance of light yet its design aims to respect its streetscape and character of its surroundings.
This 3 storey waterfront residence was recently DA Approved by City of Ryde Council. The residence opens to the view with a cantilevered balcony extending from the building line. An infinity pool laps the waterline to bring the waters edge closer to the residence.
Construction has commenced at our project in Five Dock. The project is a steel and timber framed structure with an angular form. The design includes a light scoop roof to capture it’s northerly aspect with a polished concrete floor for its good thermal embodied energy properties.
