Our proposed major alterations and additions in Coogee has been recently DA approved by Randwick City Council. The design aims to take advantage of its panoramic views towards Coogee Bay while providing a contemporary designed home suitable for modern day living.
GREENWICH HOUSE

After some negotiation with Council, we are proud to say our Greenwich House has been approved by Lane Cove Council. We look forward to the opportunity to create a special home that matches its location.
ROSEVILLE HOUSE

Our proposed alterations and additions in Roseville has commenced construction. The proposal is for a rear contemporary designed extension to a existing Californian style bungalow. The configuration of the dwelling respects the existing roof line while providing providing a large void to filter light from the north.
QUEENS PARK HOUSE

The detailed timber framing is in progress at our Queens Park Residence. The curve facade and gutter system is taking shape. The proposed 2 storey addition is tucked behind the existing Californian bungalow with a proposed detached studio. The proposal aims to respect its historical context yet provide a contemporary addition for modern day living
