We are approaching the final phases for our project in Gladesville. With glass roof allowing ample amounts of light to the bi-stacking doors which extend to the outside of the residence has come together better than expected.
This 3 storey waterfront residence was recently DA Approved by City of Ryde Council. The residence opens to the view with a cantilevered balcony extending from the building line. An infinity pool laps the waterline to bring the waters edge closer to the residence.
Construction has commenced at our project in Five Dock. The project is a steel and timber framed structure with an angular form. The design includes a light scoop roof to capture it’s northerly aspect with a polished concrete floor for its good thermal embodied energy properties.
This two storey waterfront residence in Huntley’s point aims to hug the foreshore line. The curve facade reflects the natural contours of the land. The elongated design layout allows all rooms to take advantage of its water views.
