What is the benefit of using an Architect ?

Q & A

How do you determine your budget?

For over 20 years, we have been involved with our projects from the design phase through to construction. Therefore we have developed a good understanding between the budget relative to our designs. The budget is re-assessed during the design phase to give some comfort to our clients that all matters including the budget are being considered throughout the process.

Do you complete work outside of Sydney?

The majority of our projects is located within the Sydney metropolitan area, however we look forward to the opportunity to working in other coastal and hinterland regions throughout Australia to create beautiful spaces that inspire living.

Can you tailor your professional services to suit our needs ?

Absolutely, with our experience in both architecture and interior design. We are more than happy to provide services that accommodate your needs or require collaboration with others.

What are your architectural fees ?

Our fees are flexible and can be based on a percentage of the overall construction cost or in some cases based on a hourly basis to not exceed the percentage of cost of construction. The cost of construction is an initial estimate based upon our experience which is inclusive of all elements including fittings and finishes.
